Correct me if im wrong, but isnt the whole point of spending hours of farming, raiding and doing countless other things to get geared up?

Once you have top armor, yo try to get your skills enchanted. Why? To be strong when you pvp for raids or castles, RIGHT?

You see where this is going?

The items arent hard to get, you can get enchants, ckc, ck solo farming, you can get gcm, blesseds, elegia armor, and other items from custom/epic raids, sure you may have to sell gcms or other items first to get gear, after you get gear you focus on skills, the solution is joining a clan that makes rb parties, that is also on your time zone.

The players run the economy, that doesnt mean you cant get the items they are selling without buying them, you just need to do a little work to get them, make rb classes(or in subclass), healer, orc, shillen templar, and make a solo farming class(also could be subclass), a mage could work. Find the fastest way to get these items, variety will make it easier, and it wont require you to have good gear either, the bare minimum will work, get weapons first, armor second, excluding for your main character. You can do the all the epic quests on one character and do them in subclass. Most people dont bring apps or extra sos(which is kind of lame they expect other people to do it for them) and they can do it.

So lets say, you can get 1 gcm from every boss,(not always the case but you can get more or less, depends on your luck i guess) and what are there around 8-10 custom rbs(cant look atm) but thats 8-10 we'll say gcms a day doing rbs, you can buy a full weapon for 250b, thats a weapon in 3-4 days on gcms alone, without solo farming at all, or farming in hz with a party(which can also drop gcms), a full set is around 1.5-2t, so in 20-25 days, with rbs alone selling gcms, nothing else, you can also get a set, each raid boss jewel +20 is about 700b, so thats about 9 days for each jewel, if you are strictly buying them selling nothing but gcms you get from custom rbs, including not getting any jewels from epics or any other items you get from bosses.

Yes everything is overpriced, but items and gcms are basically the equivalent price they were before they go up, the currency between them is always about the same, 35 gcms is about a weapon, 100 gcms is about 1 rb jewel, 250 gcms is about 1 elegia set including shield/sigil. I personally dont think of buying gear with adena, but rather with items, you calculate the worth of the items into the price of the items, trade that way, the price of the items will go up anyway so rather than immediately selling them, save them up. I will say, its much cheaper to enchant your own items though, you can buy vorpal and enchants from the gm shop with adena and ckc, so try some mass enchanting, it may require you to enchants a ton of pieces, but it will definitely be cheaper, elements and pvp are a different story, but easily attainable through daily instances + voting.

I know not everyone is so dedicated or not always on for raid bosses and everything else, yes the items are extremely expensive, it will take time, but you can cut that time down by adapting to different things and using your time online wisely.

Set and weapon prices will follow GCM/ckc prices...

New players sell gcms and/or ckc to get adenas for sets (or jsut trade gcm for sets), and old players buy gcms because they always have sets.

If GCM prices raises at the same speed the set prices raise, everything is still somewhat balanced.
