High Five!

The server is now High Five, everyone will need to make sure they have a High Five Client and our new system folder, check out our how to connect page!
All the new skill information is simply too big to put in the news window, so here is a link to new skills and information, SKILL INFO

- REMEMBER NOT ALL HIGH FIVE FEATURES WORK AND/OR ARE IMPLEMENTED.
- THERE WILL BE BUGS, PLEASE REPORT THEM!
- The spawnlist was initialized, meaning all random ass spawns in towns, and farmzones will be there, please be patient, GMs will be attending to this and this is not due to lack of lazyness, simply if i delete them on the test server and xfer the sql spawn files to the live server, the IDs change and the deleted mobs dont stay deleted.
- Some new items were added to the Voting, Event, and Luxury areas of the GM Shop.
- Players that have chat ban can now use the (.commands) so they can still easily join events etc, additionally if you mistype a .command it will not broadcast it to everyone, it will just tell you that you did an invalid command.
- When you log out/ log back in with a summon / pet, it will be already summoned with the the buffs/debuffs it had before, or when you unsummon him and resummon them (retail like), dont worry i already made it where you cant exploit this feature in events, previous buffs on summons will not be restored to your pets if your currently in an Event!
- Alot of SQL table data was converted into static XML files for improved performance.
- Drop protection! If you do the most damage to a mob and someone else finishes it off (i dont know how well it actaully works though), you will still get the drops. Same things with raids, ive only done simple tests to test this feature, but seems to be working fine, please not that it wont work for invasion event till the event is reworked.
- The buff Agility was added to the NPC buffer for normal buffs and for schemes, this was done because for some classes such as Light Elf Fighters with Sprint self buff enchanted, its better not to get Improved movement.
- Added a Warning to the delevel service at the GM Shop, about possible stat problems when deleveling too low.
- The ` chat, when not used for our custom team chat feature is normally command channels, where only the party leaders may use it to talk to the other members, this has been changed so that anyone in a command channel party can use it to talk to the rest of the command channel.
- Blessing of Protection (our pk protection) now works for 4 or more level difference.
- Fixed CTP point 2/3 observation mode, point 2 sent you to a random location and point 3 sent you to point 2, observervation locs for CTP were slighty modified.
- When players sign up for an Event, then become red after they are signed, they will no longer be a part of the Event when the Event starts.
- When an Event was running, and you were not in an Event, everyone was autoattackable (you didnt need to use ctrl) this is now fixed.
- Fixed some Raid Battle Event problems with being able to attack others under certain conditions.
- New anti feed features are in effect for oly, the amount of points clan members/ ally members can win off eachother has be drastically reduced, making it not very effiecient to fight clan/ally members.
- Made a new GM command to completlely block everyone from using hero, shout, and trade chat, which will be valuable when things get out of hand, for example after a TW or Seige.
- Made a another new GM command to block everyones ability to enter instances and block auto events from starting (this will be used a little while before i want to restart the server, should making restarting the server a little easier).
- Resurrections no longer work in Events, also a exploit to get a dead pet into an event and rezzing it has been fixed thsi Kameus for reporting.
- Previous system message issues such as "invalid message id blah blah" and a system message about a command channel while using a pet has been fixed.
- .afk command improvements, additional conditions were added for .afk to work on your target, this will decrease the amount of fake reports for people trying to abuse the system by annoying their enemies.
- Dynasty is now S grade and NOT S80, due to this the GM Shop's armor and weapon sections were re organized.
- Shield of Faith for Tank classes, should now work properly before since the skill was not "done" yet it was basicly a party UD, now it does what its supposed to do, its a party UD and the tank that used it absorbs most of the damage that his party members get.
- Clan Oath Armor Bonuses have been changed, and updates to vesper, vorpal, and elegia sets too.
- S84 Spear weapons with the Haste SA, got their Haste effect improved.
- Party XP rates have been modfied, based on how many players are in your party you get a different xp % boost, these values have changed in High Five, generally bigger parties get bigger bonuses, and smaller parties get slightly lower bonuses.
- Some modified classes have been changed, High Five has changed many classes, for example Bountt Hunters got a ton of new skills, and they would be very overpowered if they got all their new High Five skills + our modified skills, so they had their modified skills taken away, additionally other modified classes have experienced changes, either due to their new skills, or due to the fact that that amount of boosting is no longer needed due to the classes abilities are better then when the modified ones were implemented, for example when arbalesters first recieved their modified skills (2 years ago) the class sucked, their traps and alot of other skills didnt even function, now things are different. Any class that had a skill removed from them, and that skill was enchanted, you are entitled to a free skill enchant to the same + as your lost skill (please note that 2nd and 3rd proffession skills have different enchant rates , i wont give a 3rd proffession skill the same enchant of a 2nd proffession lost skill).
- There was a small issue with the pet function of the buffer, when you chose pet buffs > normal buffs > chant of blood awakening, it will send you to a different buff page after, this is now fixed, thx Kiryu for reporting.
- The probablity of getting a cookie from the NPC named Mitch in the Solo Instance has been decreased, you now have a higher probability of getting other things.
- Before anyone asks, the new Sws Song, and BD Dance will NOT be added to the buffer, this helps make BD/SwS unique/played/wanted in groups.
- Added a new section to the FaQ reguarding how teams are sorted in team events.
- A few new features were added to the in game mail system.
- Players will be given Blood Alliances when they successfully defend their castle and they talk to the dwarf in their basement and "claim" their honorary item.
- It has been changed so that noblesse charcters gain 10 oly points every week instead of 3 (retail like).
- Olympiad has 3 new stadiums/maps (and the grassy one has been modified).
- A new camera mode has been added to oly, which will make it easier to watch matches, additionally there is built in replay buttons when you observe oly now.
- Hero weapons P atk and M atk are now Higher the top S84, additionally they have 250 Holy Element by default (retail like).
- Certain Boss Jewls such as Antharas and Valakas got a M Def boost (retail like) - Some new boss weapons have been added to the game, not sure how we will implement them though.
- Some new capes/cloaks have been added, again, not sure how we will implement them, just probably add them to their proper boss.
- A new upgraded version of Zakens Earring is avialable called the Blessed Earring of Zaken, its a little better then the normal one, what we will probably do is make the blessed one avilable by trading in 2 normal ones, or in vice versa.
- Tyrants totems buff time has increased to 5 minutes instead of 2, and now stack with flame icon, spririt of shillein (they didnt before) - Tyrants Punch of Doom no longer has a chance of stunning yourself, but also has a much longer reuse.
- Destroyers Frenzy is now less effective, but has lower reuse time and can be used when your hp is lower then 60% rather then 30%.
- Lethal Shots power has increased
- Tribunal and Judgements power has increased
- Classes that get "Blunt Mastery" such as Dwarves, that skill has been converted into "Sword/Blunt" Mastery, so now for example dwarves will get bonuses for using a sword.
- Phantom Rangers/ Ghost Sentinals Dead Eye skill now only reduces atk speed by 10% instead of 20%.
- Bounty Hunters now get Sweeper Festival (AoE Sweep).
- Rapier Mastery now gives additional Cast speed when it reaches a certain level, this is for Soul Breakers/Soul Hounds
- Tricksters Traps Hit time is faster
- Flame Hawk, Arrow Rain, Ghost Piercing all had their power increased, and now all have a DoT (Damage over time) Effect
- Dreadnaught's Dread Pool skill now also decreased the enemies p def and evasion dramaticatlly.
- Grand Kavatari's Force of Destruction power has been increased
- Titans Demolition Impact skill power has been increased
- Trickster's Wild Shot skill power has been increased
- Archers Seven Arrow Skill power has been increased, and reuse time decreased
- Duel Blow now has more accurate stats, because it is really a High Five skill, it was just already in the client before.
- Necromancer's Gloom skill now does damage, as if it was a nuke, and then has its debuff effect, its debuff now lowers enemies resistance to all elements on top of its m def reduction effect, mass gloom is the same.
- Necromancer's Summons now do not need a corpse, and instead its cast time has increased.
- Debuffs now have a max/minimum chance of landing, which makes debuffs that dont land as much, stronger, debuffs that land reguardless like Stigma of Shillien and Real Target are not effected by this min/max.
- Death spike no longer requires cursed bone, therfor the summon cursed bone skill has been removed
- Im sure there is something i forget to mention, if so i wll try adding it to another news post later.
